Dayana Fahey

Dayana is currently enrolled in Freed-Hardeman University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program and plans to graduate in August 2024.


Dayana was born and raised in Venezuela. After graduating high school, she moved to the United States to pursue a college education while playing her favorite sport, tennis. Dayana first attended Iowa Central Community College and graduated with an associate degree. After graduating she transferred to Grace College and completed her bachelor's degree in psychology.


Her passion for the importance of mental health grew during her teenage years as she was able to notice a lot of people struggling in her home country that were not getting the help needed. Dayana wants to help people throughout their mental health journey and create an optimistic change in her clients’ lives.


During Dayana’s free time, she enjoys doing any sport/activity with her husband, and her top pick is pickleball. She is also obsessed with her Aussiedoodle, Bruno.
