Matt Ellis holds a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as a Master's in Business Administration.
Matt honorably served in the U.S. Navy for nine years as an intelligence analyst and as an instructor, completing deployments to the Middle East and Southeast Asia. He served as a mentor providing guidance to enlisted service members and officers in various aspects of personal and professional development. Additionally, Matt served as the Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor and as the Suicide Prevention Coordinator at the Fleet Intelligence Training Center in San Diego.
Matt's goal is to help individuals who feel as though they are struggling and help them pursue the life they envision. Additionally, he really enjoys helping individuals who want to optimize their health and well-being and achieve their maximum potential.
Matt has a passion for working with Veterans as well as individuals 14 years old and up.
