Marci Weaver, LCSW
Lead Therapist
Assistant Director
(Teletherapy Sessions Only)

Marci Weaver has been a part of the ReEnvision team since 2019. She serves as the Assistant Director, supporting the team by supervising graduate interns, coordinating weekly staff meetings, and attending to various business operations. She completed her Masters of Social Work from Florida State University in 2011 and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2014. Before working in the private practice setting, she worked in the fields of foster care & adoption, addiction and recovery, and community mental health counseling. Marci seeks to "undo aloneness" through an empathic, therapeutic approach and tends to draw from emotion-focused, neurobiological interventions. She has experience treating clients of all ages; and her primary areas of expertise include treating anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, codependency, grief, loss and trauma. Marci is trained in EMDR, which is most commonly used to treat trauma or other ongoing issues that do not respond to traditional therapy methods.

Marci finds great joy in her role as a supervisor as she offers guidance and encouragement to those seeking to become licensed as a clinical social worker. She offers supervision not only for certain staff members, but also for other social workers throughout Tennessee.
Marci currently provides therapy via online sessions (Teletherapy) since her family now lives in Chattanooga. She and her husband, Glenn, have a newborn son named Weston, and two dogs-Jax and Frankfurter ("Furt"). During her free time, she loves to travel, bake, collect indoor plants, spend time in nature, and cheer on the Chicago Cubs.
